PRIVACY POLICY

The Russian version of this Policy is the operative text. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
1. General
This Policy sets out what personal data LLC "NURAMAX" (“Nuramax”, “we”) processes when you use nuramax.uz (the “Site”), on what grounds, for what purposes, and what rights you hold.
It is issued under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, as amended by Law No. ZRU-1125 of 26 March 2026, and other applicable Uzbek legislation.
This Policy covers the Site nuramax.uz only. Other resources linked from the Site operate under their own policies.
Using the Site means you accept this Policy. If you do not accept it, stop using the Site.

3. What we process
3.1. Data you give us.
Through the contact form on the Site:
- name — required;
- phone number — required;
- message text and anything you choose to include in it — optional.
If you contact us directly by email or phone: the email address or number the enquiry came from, and the content of the correspondence.
3.2. Technical data collected automatically. When you visit the Site, the server and content delivery network logs record:
- IP address;
- browser type and version, operating system, device type;
- interface language;
- pages requested, date and time of request.
This data is used to keep the Site running and secure, and is not linked to your identity.
3.3. What we do not collect. Nuramax does not collect or process biometric data, genetic data, or information on racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious belief, health, or private life through the Site. Do not send us such information through the Site’s forms.
The Site does not use web analytics or advertising pixels.

We do not process personal data for purposes incompatible with the above, and we do not make decisions about you by automated processing alone.
5. Consent
Consent is given voluntarily — by submitting the form on the Site or by writing to our contact addresses.
You may withdraw consent at any time by written notice to privacy@nuramax.uz. On withdrawal we stop processing and delete the data, except where retention is required by Uzbek law.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.
6. Cookies
The Site uses essential cookies only:
- content delivery network cookie — set by Cloudflare to protect the Site from automated requests and secure the connection;
- language preference cookie — stores the language version you selected.
Essential cookies keep the Site working and are used without separate consent. No analytics, advertising, or other tracking cookies are used, and no visitor data is passed to third parties for advertising.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the Site may then not work correctly.
If analytics or advertising technologies are added to the Site in future, they will run only after your consent, and this Policy will be updated before they are enabled.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
Data may be disclosed to:
- service providers acting on our instructions under confidentiality terms: Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and protection of the Site; Google LLC (Google Workspace) — corporate email, through which contact form enquiries are received;
- state authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the cases and manner set by law;
- a successor entity in the event of reorganisation or transfer of the business, on the same terms as this Policy.
Each provider processes only the data needed to deliver its service. The Site uses no CRM system and no external mailing services.
8. Storage and processing outside Uzbekistan
The technical services used by the Site — hosting and protection (Cloudflare, Inc.) and corporate email (Google LLC) — are located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Nuramax does not process biometric data, genetic data, or data of users of telecommunications operators’ services — the categories subject to mandatory storage within Uzbekistan under Article 27¹, part two, of Law No. ZRU-547.
Other personal data is stored and processed abroad on the basis of the standard data processing terms incorporated into the agreements with those providers, and their adherence to recognised international standards for the management and storage of personal data.

After the period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
10. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures proportionate to the data we hold: encrypted transmission (TLS), least-privilege access, two-factor authentication on corporate email, contractual confidentiality obligations for providers and staff, and periodic review of access rights.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we undertake to apply all reasonable measures and to report material incidents in the manner required by law.
11. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know whether we hold your personal data, and its composition, purposes, and methods of processing;
- require correction, amendment, or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- require blocking or deletion of data processed unlawfully or where the purpose has been achieved;
- withdraw consent;
- object to processing for marketing purposes;
- complain to the authorised state body or to a court.
Send your request to privacy@nuramax.uz, stating what you require. We respond within 10 working days of receipt. We may ask you to verify your identity where this is necessary to act on the request.
Authorised state body: State Personalisation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12. Minors
The Site is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If such data has reached us, it will be deleted on request to privacy@nuramax.uz.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy. The current version is always published at nuramax.uz with the date of last update. Material changes are announced by notice on the Site.
